Located in the Chengdong High-Tech Zone of Yangxin County, within the Huangshi sub-center demonstration area and the ecological smart pilot area, the project relies on existing cultural and library facilities and plans to build a civic center and exhibition hall, creating an integrated urban landmark for administrative culture, business, and finance. It covers 47,061 sq m of land and a total floor area of 65,744.04 sq m, including banquet halls, office buildings, and a five-star hotel, while integrating advanced technologies such as green buildings, smart new city systems, low-carbon energy, and digital twins. Following the concept of ecological priority, smart empowerment, and humanistic coexistence, the design team created a spatial system with clear circulation and reasonable layout for multiple integrated functions.
