On the afternoon of May 12, 2026, the training seminar for the Credit Evaluation Standard for Whole-Process Engineering Consulting Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard"), guided by the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, hosted by the Hubei Survey and Design Association, and organized by Huanyu Engineering Consultancy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., was successfully held in the first-floor auditorium of Huanyu Engineering Consultancy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Liu Bingqing, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Hubei Survey and Design Association, attended the seminar. More than 80 leaders, representatives, responsible persons, and technical staff from the chief editor and participating editor organizations of the Standard, as well as architectural engineering design enterprises and whole-process engineering consulting enterprises across the province, took part in the training.
Training Site
The training was designed to promote the implementation of the Standard, help practitioners understand its framework, master credit evaluation methods, and support the development of an industry credit system. As the lead drafting organization and chief editor of the Standard, as well as the chair organization of the Whole-Process Engineering Consulting Branch of the Hubei Survey and Design Association, Huanyu Engineering Consultancy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was represented by Deputy General Manager and Technical Director Li Zhiyong, who delivered remarks at the seminar. Gao Zhao, one of the principal drafting experts, Secretary-General of the Whole-Process Engineering Consulting Branch of the Hubei Survey and Design Association, and Dean of the Whole-Process Consulting Institute of Huanyu Engineering Consultancy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., served as the keynote lecturer. He systematically explained the "five-in-one" credit evaluation indicator system and credit rating methodology, and outlined the next steps for advancing credit evaluation work. He emphasized the importance of a credit system to industry development, and encouraged participating organizations to attach great importance to applying the Standard, study and implement its requirements in depth, proactively regulate their business practices, actively participate in industry credit development, and jointly build a new industry landscape of fair competition, integrity, and trustworthiness.
The training was detailed, focused, and highly practical. It effectively addressed questions and difficulties that enterprises encounter in credit evaluation work, and was well received by participants. After the seminar, representatives from several participating enterprises held in-depth discussions with the drafting experts, consulted on practical implementation details, and collected copies of the Standard on site. Huanyu Engineering Consultancy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. will take this training as an opportunity to continue promoting the development of the industry credit system and support the healthy, orderly, and trustworthy development of the whole-process engineering consulting industry in Hubei Province.
